Hello. tanyaj77,The mpeg files had to come from the source files she used as Shrink does not mess w/ mpeg files per say. Did she rip the files to the HD from a DVD or was it a D/L off the internet? If it was off the internet then all of the files were not converted properly. If it is from a DVD Disk is it the original or a copy of the original?
